The Molicycle R1 is a step-through city/trekking e-bike designed for bike commuting and leisure rides. Ergonomic 6061 aluminum step-through frame: easy to mount, relaxed geometry for comfort and visibility in the city. Partially integrated cabling and neat finishes.

Motor

250 W rear hub (≈ 42 N·m), brisk assistance from the first km/h. Street-legal at 25 km/h, with 5 levels to modulate effort. Overall responsive behavior for urban use.

Brakes

Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, levers with motor cut-off: safe, progressive, and durable braking in wet and dry conditions.

Suspension

Lockable telescopic fork: adequate filtering of potholes and smooth trails. No rear shock; the bike remains oriented toward city/easy paths.

It doesn’t have the smoothness or finish of high-end systems, but its hydraulic braking, integrated removable battery, rich equipment, and versatility make it an excellent budget choice for bike commuting and relaxed rides on roads and smooth paths. It’s not recommended for degraded roads or trails.
